We try at all times to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back.

If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or a fault within the product, then we will refund the price of the goods plus postage costs. If the goods are returned for another reason – e.g. you changed your mind or did not like the color – then the postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
