INTERNATIONAL: Your parcel will ship with DHL or EMS. Please check more details on "Shopping Guide" page.

Overseas customers (delivery address outside of Japan) may have to pay import duties or taxes charged when a package arrives in your country. You are responsible for paying such charges in order for your package to clear local customs. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.

LOST GOODS: Any non-delivery of goods must be reported to us within 12 weeks of placing your order. Unfortunately we are not responsible for loss of goods if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is supplied.

Shipping timeframe
Usually, we will dispatch your order within 5 business days. And international delivery will take 1-3 weeks depends on the country, and shipping method you've chosen.
Because of COVID-19, we cannot ship to USA, Australia and some other countries for the moment. We will ship as soon as these countries re-open.
All international delivery takes MUCH LONGER than usual like 8-10 weeks for North America, 4-6 weeks for Europe, 2-3 weeks for Asia. It still depends on the country. Thank you for your patience and comprehension.
