Heritage Garden
In the early 1990s, Liberty reached an important milestone by establishing its Japanese subsidiary and design studio in Tokyo, creating a deep and lasting connection with its heritage.

To celebrate this enduring relationship, an archival artwork was selected, reflecting Liberty’s long-standing admiration for Asian-inspired decorative arts and design.

Richly rendered in deep, lacquer-like black tones, Heritage Garden features beautifully stylized chrysanthemums and peonies, along with hidden fruits nestled among traditional Japanese florals.

In celebration of 150 years of Liberty, ‘From the Studio’ for AW25 stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of the London design house. Paying homage to the dedicated artisanship that Liberty has been renowned for since the opening of its Regent Street flagship in 1875, this collection explores the creatives who have shaped the story so far.
